  Kids opened present from Santa... Wished it came complete. Sent us an extra part for the helicopter and missing part of the bridge. Total downer for the kids that they couldn't fully enjoy it. Will be contacting customer service or else will be returning as it'll be pointless. Pretty expensive for what it is to be sending different parts.
