  This sharpener is a decent size, so can hold a bit of clippings. Also, I love that this sharpener screws into the base so when the kids drop it on the floor, the sharpener doesn’t fall apart, and there aren’t pencil shavings everywhere. It’s only been a few weeks, but I could see this sharpener lasting a few years. Happy with my purchase!
