I鈥檝e used these lids for about 5 years now for hot sauce, sauerkraut and kimchi fermentation and in my opinion they are the only ones to use!
I鈥檝e tried other versions of these lids and what has set these apart from the others is the quality of manufacture. Super solid plastic lids with the rubber seals being the highlight compared to others (see pic). I find the alternative sealers have to be monitored closely for leaks.
