Faulty after two months

The projector worked very well. Clear image from ten feet away from wall. The sound is tragic but for the price I wouldn’t expect more and it works with Bluetooth. Unfortunately I’ve only had the projector for two months (a few days less actually) and it won’t load past the logo screen (image attached). There does not seem to be any troubleshooting for this so I’ve contacted the company. Will update review with customer service reply.
