  This is by far the best Convection Countertop oven I have owned. I had a Cuisinart before this one. The toast is perfect, the oven temperature is even. I have never had an oven with even heat, whether a countertop oven or regular sized oven. You usually have to turn things around half way through baking or roasting, not with this baby. I don't use my full size oven anymore. I would definitely recommend.
