- Reviewed in Canada on July 13, 2024Initially I was excited to install this in my 09 Pontiac G8 GT as the only thing I could use was a suction cup GPS. This offered so much more as far as getting around, texting and calling all hands free. There is a lot of cables so I tried it out for a while with all the cables exposed. I then decided to hide all the wiring to tidy up the dash and the cabin in general. This was time consuming but esthetically pleasing, however it was time consuming. For an old guy like me, getting under the dash, routing cables and fishing wires into the trunk has lost it's luster. After a couple of hours and several breaks I had it looking the way I wanted and now had the featured of a modern car! The only problem was it didn't last. Within a week it started to act up, such as disconnecting or patchy video in reverse. I contacted the seller and we went back and forth over several emails trying to sort this out, but to no avail. The last I heard from them was they were going to arrange for a prepaid return label about a week ago, since then CRICKETS. So I decided to remove it today and send it back through 鶹.ca. They made it so simple, just take the item to the Post Office, show them a QR code on my phone and they did the rest. I just received a conformation that my refund had been approved. I had read many good reviews and bad reviews here and decided to take a chance, all I can say is I'm glad I don't play poker!The media could not be loaded.
