    I use this with Vital Wheat Gluten, look up the recipe on You Tube. Use the Yeast and let it rise for an hour in a warm microwave , boil some water in a cup then put the dough in a humid microwave. When it is double in size you can roll it out for buns Makes 10 buns, I freeze mine they last for a long time. Hamburger Buns Sandwiches, Hot dog buns, very low carbs.
