  There are parts missing ( should be 15 metal clips but I only found 9), but I couldn’t request the manufacturer to send me the missing parts unless I return it, but I have started assembling it and I don’t like to repackage all of them to return and then reorder it— that’s too much hassle!
  I hope there’s a way to message the manufacturer and get the missing parts.
