- Reviewed in Canada on January 7, 2016Works great for connecting my Apple AirPort Express to the Yamaha MSR100 speaker in my kitchen. With a normal 1/8" to 1/4" adapter I could only hear the left channel of anything I played. This adapter sums the left and right channels into a mono output which is exactly what I wanted.
However, my use is static installation behind a kitchen counter. These are cheap adapters, and might not last under strain if you need to be constantly moving it and plugging and unplugging it. For that use case, you might want to buy 10 of these from China ($0.99 shipped on certain sites, but takes a month to arrive) and just replace each one as it breaks.Report PermalinkHelpful
