  We've had this for a couple of weeks and can't stop using the thing! It's just like you would get in a restaurant. So crispy on the outside and heated right through. I was thinking that it would of been better to get one with the removable plates for easier cleaning, but the heat just can't conduct the same to make a quality sandwich like this. It's not hard to clean either. I just place the end of it over the sink and wipe down. The base is on a slant so the clean up just flows into the sink. Got nothing bad to say about this product??
