  I've had this vacuum for 2 years now and have had no issues. It still has great suction and my floors are clean. I had previously owned a canister vac that I got at walmart about 20 years ago, so this was a definite upgrade. And I love not having to check the bag regularly to make sure it didn't explode inside the canister - I just dump it every time and occasionally clean the filter. Easy peasy.
  Is it as good as a Dyson? Probably not. But for a single woman (no kids or pets in the house), it has worked perfectly. My only issue is that the wall mount only holds 2 of the 3 extra heads - which is hardly an issue. I just stuck the extra in the cabinet with the cleaning supplies.
  Would definitely buy again.
