I add a heaping tsp to about 16 0z water for my hubby. He enjoys it and doesn't mind the taste. It mixes in great and not clumpy at all. Nice way to add nutrition to your diet. As for me, I'd probably opt to add it to a minestrone soup or something, cause I like borscht (beet soup) but hey whatever way works for you. Could be good in a clamato juice or something like that as well. We just ordered our second bag and are vey pleased with it.
