  bought this for stirring polenta, did not do a very good job, only scraped the bottom of the pot but did not mix the polenta. I had to remove it and stir by hand . Didn't do the job for me and I went to return it only to find out it is non returnable. Now I am stuck with a $64 kitchen item I cant use. I dont want to take the chance of purchasing the other accessory stirring attachment for another $80 in case it wont do the job either.
