  These ended up not working and honestly I should have tried to send them back.
  
  Size is great, and I am not sure about the quality because they are virtually unusable even when on a cookie tray to help stabilize the bottom.
  
  They feel very non stick and I think whatever you put on them would pop right out. BUT they deform as soon as you try and put anything in them because they are so thin and wobbly. Impossible to pick them up without having them in a solid container. Tried to make date caramel for homemade twin and it was just a disaster trying to shape it with these (and its just a thick liquid not even a hard granola base) the sides just bulged out...
  
  Do NOT waste your money.
