I have been taking it for a few days following the recommendations made by the manufacturer. I have taken 2 chewable tablets, three times per day with meals. This does has not bothered my stomach in any way, or caused me to experience any negative side effects. The tablets are a tropical fruit flavor, but the flavors is very mild and not offensive in any way. I feel better for taking them. At the recommended dose, this bottle will last me approximately 2 months. I am very happy with the tablets and very impressed with the price. Great product.
