  I must admit that I ignored other buyers' feedback detailing how the cuff would not inflate properly and the unit would switch itself off. However, when I received the item I found I had exactly the same problem! They say support small business, and I like to do that, but not when they sell products that obviously have design issues. If small business wants to be successful, I would recommend that they test their products first before they release it to the public. This obviously did not happen here.
