  Bought it based on reviews. Please note my review is based on my own experience.
  
  PROS: Superb amazon buying experience
  
  CONS: capsule while it was fairly easy to swallow, it gave me heartburn, upset GIT like never had i experienced. so i tried taking it few days later. And bam it hit me again with severe heartburn. I have taken only 2 capsules and thats all i will ever take.
