  Followed setup instructions to a t, removed the red rubber seal like another review said. It still leaks out the back tank AND the front of the machine under the buttons... not to mention being as loud as a chainsaw when heating?!
  
  Hoping i got a defective one. I am returning and they're sending me a replacement so fingers crossed.
  
  UPDATE: i returned it, got a new one, and the new one seems to work great! Must have been defective.
