- Reviewed in Canada on December 5, 2023I like Vital Protein brand: mixes fast and completely into warm beverages (haven't tried in cold but I would bet it is the same) - no fancy mixer required ; it is tasteless (I have mine in my morning coffee or smoothly); protein rich.
I find the largest container (567g or 20 Oz) is the best bang for buck and checking for sales that seem to occur a few times a year makes this product a great option.
I have tried the vanilla coffee creamer Vital Protein has as well; though it is tasty, it does not blend as well as the regular.
I'm not completely sold that consuming collagen actually has health benefits, but regardless this product offers 10 grams of protein per scoop - - the collagen, for me, is a bonus if it does anything.
