  I purchased this supplement for post surgery swelling. It was an excellent choice over eating a ton of pineapple or drinking pineapple juice. I already had to take pills after surgery so it was easy and convenient to remember to take. I feel like this helped my swelling, although I don't have anything else to compare to. I'm sure any brand would be similar. I chose this specific one because it is non-gmo and made in Canada! Love supporting Canadian businesses.
