  July 2025 - AGAIN they were AMAZING!!! - empathetic - thorough - explained why it's that and not that - provided video links for procedures to be followed - provided email confirmation RIGHT away AND - sped delivery of new ink
  2024 - - This is the BEST ink because of it's price, quality, AND the SUPPORT you get from the company (instant, quick, and thorough!!!). I got the error message that "non-HP cartridges were detected" and then the printer wouldn't print. I called the number in the box and within 15 minutes I was back up and running!!! - no need to go back to a store and do a refund and repurchase like with the *** store's brand. Then it happened again when I changed out another cartridge. I used the download they sent me the last time and in 5 minutes was good-to-go!!
