- Reviewed in Canada on December 22, 2020I definitely recommend this product! The lids are versatile, fitting any size wide mouth jar. (They are even available in a larger size for wider jar tops.) So easy to use; just add product to the jar, top with a weight, screw on the lid, pump out the air to prevent mold, set the date marker, and wait... You can even open it up to check the ferment, replace the lid, and pump out the air again. So easy to make small amounts, of different kind of ferments, at staggered times.
