I love playing my (xbox) but im not a pro gamer by any means this controller caught my eye it looks so cool and dont get me wring its even better when your holding it. I was super impressed with the overall presentation and quality feel of this product. I still love it as i still have it in my possesion for now.. but the reason i am returning it is because of its connection issues. It took me 2 days to figure out how to even connect the thing to my xbox its so difficult to understand. Second it kept vibrating at random times in the game and sometimes button presses wouldnt register. Not to mention it just feels off in my hands. The paddles on the bottom just mess with my gameplay even though i can turn them off they still just feel weird and mess with my brain in the heat of the battle. I bought the elite pro controller 2 from xbox and i have to say its been so much better for my needs. Connects like a normal controller no learning curve and the paddles are removable. Always registers button presses acurately and feel just as well built if not better than the victrix. I wanted to love it so badly but i just dont.. it makes me sad because it looks so dam badass. But OEM hardware takes the win here id say. Not even a contest really. Sorry victrix
