  I was advised to squeeze a ball to help with the arthritis in my hands, but every ball I found was very hard and uncomfortable to hold. This ball is super comfortable and fits well in my hand. Not too hard and not too soft, just the right amount of flexibility to squeeze comfortably. Such a great idea to have the handles to hold it. I have been using it every day with both hands and I discovered yesterday that I am now able to now open a water bottle. Small thing, I know . . . but I haven't been able to do that in a long, long time. Highly recommend.
