  Do not buy this piano it is definitely not worth $500.
  
  We have been having issues ever since we started using this. We can’t return since we opened the package beyond the return period. First issue : it keeps making a bunch of sound on its own,like random sounds. We just keep turning it off and on. We can’t play a piece without this sound just popping up on its own.
  Second issue : the cables to attach to the outlet are loose, and it has been like that the very first time we used. We have to plug it in several times.
  
  A year later after we purchased this, we still have the same issues. We have decided to scrap this piano, what a waste. Please read reddit for real reviews for this brand. Do not buy.
