  Next day delivery, which is great service for anyone in pain or discomfort. Nicely packaged. Looks great. Bought it for a hard gaming chair, and it has served it's purpose. The only thing I would add is give it time to fit to your seated position. I am using it on an incline seated position, and it was initially hard with a bit of slippage. A month later it is comfortable with no slippage.
