  I have been buying Attitude products (hair, home) and am glad I found a reasonable product that is environmentally friendly. But I do find that the one major improvement that is needed is the spout. This is the second product I have purchased where the spout has not worked This time the trigger broke off and I tried to fit it back in but it just falls out again. The last time they sent me a whole new replacement product when what I requested was just the spout so customer service was very helpful but I don't find this to be environmentally sound as I am wasting a plastic bottle because of a faulty spout.
