  I'm severely lactose intolerant, and these gems let me eat what I want again. 1 pill for mild dairy doses, 2 for things like ice cream. Excellent product. Not all lactase enzyme pills work (differences in the non-medical ingredients impact how they're absorbed, I think), but these certainly do.
