    I purchased this Dell laptop from 鶹 in late July and was initially pleased with its performance. However, after only three months of light use (around 30 times total) and with minimal installations (only MS Office), I started experiencing serious issues. For the past three weeks, the laptop frequently freezes and fails to log into Windows, disrupting my work and making it unreliable.
