  This is quiet,
  EDIT: Manufacturer replaced my fan, Good Customer Service!!!
  ...but for some reason on low mode it dies within hours. Even over night plugged in with battery pack stating it still has 80% in the morning, the fan shuts off.
  I bought it to be placed in a room with no close electrical outlet.
