- Reviewed in Canada on October 28, 2017This is a great Wifi Extender. I bought this because i just got new internet installed. The internet box was put downstairs not allowing me to have a Ethernet cable run to my computer upstairs. My computer does not have a WIFI chip installed and can only hard-wire to Ethernet. I Bought this and poped it into the wall plug and set it up! Once easily connected to you're wifi it will create a brand new wifi called "(You're internet name-EXT)" And requires your already set internet password. It works great and the built in Ethernet port works amazing! I get a solid 100 MBps on this. If you want the full 300 MBPS through Ethernet you need a ethernet cord that can handle it. It works great and i can get my wifi up the street from my house. With no wifi extender i get it maybe in my parking lot.
