  I chose this for the different pattern and textures of the silicone and it seems like the perfect thickness to replace chewing on mommy's fingers but it is actually thicker and more dense than I had thought and the plastic is very hard; my son didn't use it much as he seems to prefer softer textures, so back to mommy's fingers! The colours are great and the shape changing feature is neat, but may not really be used by the baby, I would definitely try again with another baby.
