- Reviewed in Canada on January 8, 2025I鈥檓 a huge fan of Ninja products. I own several of their appliances and use them daily, but this one was a total letdown. It honestly felt like it wasn鈥檛 even made by Ninja. The design is flawed and causes so many issues.
First, emptying and cleaning this machine is a nightmare. The spout doesn鈥檛 empty properly, and every time you pour something into the machine, it freezes in a way that everything gets stuck at the front. Most of the time, when you try to turn the spout to pour your drink, the frozen mixture gets stuck and won鈥檛 come out. It鈥檚 super frustrating.
On top of that, opening the lid to clean it makes a huge mess. It splatters everywhere and creates more work than it鈥檚 worth. The only drink that worked somewhat okay was soda or juice, but for anything thicker like milk-based drinks or anything foamy, it was a disaster.
The noise level was acceptable. It wasn鈥檛 too loud or too quiet, just average for a machine like this.
Sadly, I had to return it, even though I didn鈥檛 want to, because it just wasn鈥檛 practical or usable. I really can鈥檛 recommend this product. For a brand like Ninja, this was a big disappointment. It鈥檚 not worth the money, and I expected way better from them.
