I have two Outdoor 4 cameras, a video doorbell, an indoor camera and the sensor module. Everything works as expected EXCEPT one Outdoor 4. It will sometimes detect motion, but usually not. It also doesn鈥檛 record anything, nor will changes be saved, and it refuses to redo the thumbnail. Basically, it is useless. I have been in contact with customer service, and have given them remote access to the system. I have followed all the instructions to the letter. The camera did come back online with their help, but it lasted for only a few hours. I have asked for a replacement unit but so far all I hear is crickets. If you have figured out that I am an unhappy customer, congratulations, you鈥檙e smarter than Customer Service is. Frankly, I鈥檓 astonished and disappointed that this has been going on for about a month. Definitely NOT the level of support I expected to receive. My advice is to stay away from the Blink until the service is much more reliable. UPDATE: The day after posting this review, Blink informed me that their service logs indicated a hardware issue with the unit, and that they were sending a replacement
