Customer Review

I can't say I didn't get what was described. The listing said "with or without inductor" and pretty much indicated you were rolling the dice as to whether you'd get one that would allow your Garmin to continue getting traffic updates. The thing is, this is a Garmin product and the packaging clearly says "vehicle power cable" on the front, with the same thing on the back + "charge or power your device when on the go". Apart from that, the cables thinner and is missing the barrel shaped part (I now presume "the inductor") the original had. Look for 20 bucks all in, there's no way in hell I'm complaining about value. Actually, the thinner, shorter cable is less clumsy on my dash. But I really think 鶹 of all organizations should be able to sort out "eyeball style" what they are selling you, such that you can properly choose to buy a plug either with or without an inductor. The plug works just fine, but for the lack of traffic updates. The 3 stars are there to describe the "M'eh" job of sorting out buying options between ones with an inductor and without (there are none.)
