  I bought this laptop when my old Acer Chromebook was getting a little overheated. I've had my old guy for about 6 years. Not a big deal so I decided to go with Acer again.
  This new laptop was amazing at first - fast and straightforward to use. I was very happy. This lasted for only 3 months. Three. Months. It is waaayy slower now, it regularily loses Internet connection while all the other devices in my home are fine. Sometimes when I type, it simply freezes, which makes me incredibly frustrated. I don't have the patience to even use it at this point. It is too late to return and I didn't purchase any insurance because I've never had an issue with a laptop in my life.
  So, yea, few hundred bucks down the drain. Not a good buy.
