  I really wanted to love it but it’s not good. It was a great idea but very poor design. Poor quality. The power light is always on, so it’s too bright in a room at night. Capacity is small , does not last as long as they claim. The main issue -> The stainless steel container is rusting - it’s garbage. They’re lying about the quality of the 304 steel. I actually contacted the seller directly for potential solution but they have terrible customer service, they don’t reply to you. They offered to give me a return but when I provided my �鶹�� order, they stopped replying. Disappointing. Despicable. Unprofessional. Awful experience. I returned the item to �鶹�� and got my full refund- thankfully. Beware of this product and company.
