- Reviewed in Canada on May 31, 2025I ordered these small/medium Always Discreet underwear for a family member who鈥檚 dealing with some recent issues. These underwear have restored some confidence and brought her more restful nights. The fit is comfortable and sizing was ok, although she is in the lower end of the range. The material is soft and does not bulk up, although you start to notice the bulk of the gel as it forms up. There is quite a bit of stretch to the underwear, which is why it can fit a range of sizes. Having this available in black does improve the aesthetics to give it that real underwear look. With white incontinence products, you can often see the outline of the added absorbant pads. There is a slight fresh scent to these underwear, so if you鈥檙e sensitive to smells, you may need to let them air out first. We found the scent went away just sitting out for 24 hours before wearing. The listing says the product ships discreetly, and it does. It comes in a minimally labelled cardboard box (which was inserted in an 麻豆区 box.) You don鈥檛 even see a brand name or logo on the box 鈥 only short form abbreviations that could really mean anything. Inside the box are 3 packages of 16. If you鈥檙e looking to transition to this type of product, the packaging is well thought out to draw minimal attention.
