  I love the addition to my dance aids with these. The toll it take on our legs and feet are so severe, and it's often to forget stretching everything out. The ball really helps with my arch and it's super easy to throw in the bag or take to work. The rocker is really unique and I feel like I get a really good stretch out of it against a wall. The sit down strap is so useful, because I can never reach the tip of my foot at the beginning of a stretch, and this helps so incredibly!
