  I bought this to connect an old set of wired Logitech speakers to my Firestick or Chromecast with Google TV. Both, of course, require USB hubs. These aren't a great set of speakers so it is difficult to say if sound quality would be affected on better speakers. All.I can say is that they seem to sound about the same as they always did and I'm not hearing any added noise. UGreen generally makes good stuff and this looks like a quality product. If it breaks or starts to act up, I will come back to update.
  EDIT - Got tired of the old speaker and ordered an Anker Soundcore Motion+. I couldn't get the Google stick to pair with it so I grabbed this and a cable and went wired. That speaker is great on BT but even better with this little soundcard DAC thing. I should have been asleep hours ago and ended up listening to music all night. Forget the BT. I'm leaving it wired.
