  This soil moisture meter is unique in that it reads much more than just how moist or wet your soil is, it also measures pH, temperature, fertility, light intensity, and the humidity in your room.
  
  I'm not sure about the pH and fertility readings but it is nice to be able to measure the light intensity and room humidity allowing you to adjust conditions to be better for your plants.
  
  It is simple to use, just throw in some batteries and insert the two prongs into your planter. Do not go too deep and do not leave the meter in the soil or it will go bad over time.
  
  Happy to recommend with all the different readings measured + displayed on a clear, well organised screen.
