- Reviewed in Canada on December 16, 2016When I first got this package from Quebec, I got it in 3 days from when I first ordered it. The packaging was all in French with some English. I thought to myself "Looks like I got a French BluRay set not what I ordered". Boy was I in for a shock when the audio was all English and enjoyed it just like I did with the Blade Runner package I bought back in '07 when it first came out for DVD,
This movie is the most artisitic, cinemagraphic I have ever seen! It is ahead of its time and well worth seeing all the versions either one flick at a time or all in one sitting. I can never get enough of the music, mileaus and overall cheesy acting from all the actors in this movie. Rutger Hauer killed it (literally in one part of the movie) as Roy Bhatty. The violence in the movie was justified and also makes this movie just as amazing as any others back in 1982.
If you have never ever seen Blade Runner or any version of it, please do yourself a favour and watch any of the versions and see for yourself which version you like the best. The Blu Rays have better art design than the DVD version of this set. The model car is better in the DVD version of the set. Still truth be told you will not be disappointed by the overall tone of the movie when you see the flick in any version.
