They function, but only function. In general I think the average user will find this works perfectly well. The gasket holds well when you don't move it around much, but it's too thin horizontally which causes the nose snaps to pop out a lot when changing the fit of the strap. The foam is very weak too. I think it's made of the same material as a sink sponge. Light bleeds around the connection points on the left and right sides as well.
I 3D printed my own thinner gasket and used these pads on that. Turned out much better. It's shocking that a 3D printed part from a scan can fit better than a proper injection molded part. Shows how little this company cares.
Pros: Thinner Gasket Breathable and cleanable
Cons: Fits incorrectly Cheap foam Light bleeding on the rim
