  I use this to mount an audio... thing(?) to one of my camera bodies (maybe an amp? I haven't shot video for a while thanks to covid. I just can't remember what they are called... my mic's go into them IT'S A PRE-AMP I GOT IT)).
  
  This thing kills it and handles the weight like a pro. Sorry about that long, long, meandering intro. This product is lit.
