  I say these pills did help, but the pills are literally huge. I split the pills in half and it was still too big to swallow. If u have problems swallowing pills than I wouldn’t suggest these. They remind me of taking vitamins because they are comparable in size. Other than that, I use these to stop cold sores because i unfortunately get cold sores everytime im sick so once I feel the cold coming I take these twice daily and if I feel a tingling I take a third one during lunch time. I bought these after the cold sore appeared so idk if it works in preventing but my cold sore dried up in 1-2 days
