- Reviewed in Canada on April 22, 2024I loved the idea of giving a unique puzzle with the child's name on. There were lots of pictures to choose from to go around the name. It looked great when it came. The two things I didn't like though were: 1. Way too expensive. Right off the bat it was much more costly than it would lead you to believe. by the cost shown on the site. The way it is advertised is misleading. You pay for the number of pictures and I got the higher level # of pictures so took that into account I also agreed to paying more for thicker more durable wood but when the total cost was put together it was about $20 more than it should have been, adding up the cost as they said. I thought what? How did it get up to that price? When I added the initial cost plus the upgrades plus tax, it didn't come to what the total cost given was in the end. I was really ticked but really wanted it and had spent so much time making all my selections that I went ahead and paid but I feel it was false advertising. 2. The places where the pieces fit into the puzzle should have been deeper so the pictures and letters would stay in place better. Even when it arrived with clear plastic covering it, several of them were out of place already. There really should have been more depth to it. I gave it as a gift for a 1 yr. old girl and have never heard from her parents as to whether they/she liked it or not.
