  I've read several reviews and I think the main problem people are having with this unit is they haven't read the instructions properly. Yes, the print is super small but go to their site & open the manual online, you'll be able to read it better there. Also, the video showing which buttons to press & the person actually go through the process was very informative & straightened out all my confusions. You can pause, watch again, etc. & now I feel I can operate the unit successfully. It's not junk.
