  Great boombox - I'm totally satisfied. I bought it specifically for the cassette player and I'm glad I did. The overall sound quality is superb and the EQ choices are all viable. Its one Achilles heel - the CD slid-out tray. With attention and care it should be fine and go the distance but in the wrong hands it will quickly fail - it is very fragile.
