  The finger sleeves provide decent support and comfort, especially for light activities. I bought them primarily to protect my fingers during basketball and to relieve mild arthritis pain, and they do help reduce strain. The elastic material fits snugly, though I find they can get a bit tight after extended use, especially on larger fingers. They work well for basic support but may not provide enough compression for those needing more intense relief or stability. Overall, they’re good value for the price and useful for light sports or occasional pain relief.
