  Item looks well made, but the design makes it impossible to mount.
  
  Need to screw *up* the fastener to tighten the shoe adapter to the body, but then the adapter will now be loose on the camera mount. So need to screw *down* the fastener to tighten the shoe adapter to the camera mount, but now it's loose from the body.
  
  The shoe adapter should have been longer so it tightens to the body by itself or have two fasteners.
